Tulip Shaped ½ Pint English Mug

This tulip shaped mug is 4” high. It is 19th Century. It is marked “1/2 PINT” near the upper handle juncture. It has owner’s initials on the mid body. We read it as “WRE” but could be wrong. Condition of the metal is fine. The form has a graceful handle. It has a soft patina.
