American Beaker 5”
SOLD
This is a 5” American beaker of the 19th century. The body of the beaker is made from spun metal and the base is made from a mold. It is hard to see the seam of the body. It is heavier than you would expect. This is a very uncommon form for the 19th century. We attribute it to Oliver Trask of Beverly, MA. The condition is fine except someone scratched a letter and 6 numbers on the outside bottom for identification. W 78.
