Brass Rim Pewter Mug – Pint

This brass rim mug was made in England in the 19th Century. The brass strengthened the top to prevent denting so if it was used for drinking or measuring, people would get their true measure. We have a quart, pint and ½ pint. You might like the set or one individual size. The pint has the same verification marks as the quart, even the county of “6.” This one is marked by Gaskell and Chambers of Birmingham on the outside bottom and the inside bottom has a mark with a star and X. The condition is very good.
