Pewter Pepper Master Castor

This pepper castor is 7 ¾” high which is tall for a caster. The punch holes of 4 diamond shapes with a punched line going through mid-center makes for an unusual piece. Could be used for a finer grade of sugar or just a decoration. It doesn’t get any finer.
